At Daughters Together, participant voices are at the heart of everything we do. The reflections below were shared through post-session surveys completed by women who participated in multiple trauma-informed somatic healing sessions. Their words illustrate how breath, movement, meditation, sound, and community can support healing, self-awareness, emotional regulation, and greater connection.
